Re: going to Executive leadership, it is important to present a comprehensive plan and approach that shows a progression of investment over time, not a series of seemingly unrelated requests. But great suggestions of covering the clinical impact as well as the compliance, risk and financial impacts.

The threats are the same regardless of small or large. Difference is in some cases one has money to spend and other don't (depending on payor mix)
